As you know I have been sitting on the side line for some time. I have seen zero from any board member that would change my mind. The lack of transparent communication to share holders and disregard to holders is very obvious not to mention the lack of support in regards to the SP. I can understand why Mr Watton did not exercise his options however he should have been buying on market, he has no confidence in the company that he is a board member of and must go.
I do wonder if the board has any longer term plans for this company other than been sold out for around $2.00. That would explain their actions.
I wouldn't be holding back. Vote.
