Do you think a federal database is updated every single time a sale is made, or every month for that matter?
Do you know how much man-power that involves?
If it's anything like the PBS in Australia an aggregate total is calculated at the end of the calendar year and then results are posted to the relevant bodies. I will be happy to wait another 6 weeks until the end of 2019 and then re-visit your database.
