I think the problem has been that they could not get NAIF as well as taxpayer funded loans. i.e the Defence Export Facility. This has now been lifted, so funding can be provided by both. This has been in the works for quite a long time already. There does seem to be an urgency to this so I think we will get it sooner rather than later. Looking forward to hearing news tomorrow from the meeting with Gavin Lockyer, Matt Canavan and Wilbur Ross US Govt in Washington today.
