That just proves that the project is marginal at best! Obviously, other funders will not take on the full risk because the risks, in their view, are too high. So the project becomes dependent of finding an offtaker who is also prepared to inject significant capital. There aren't many who will be wanting the quantities that Sconi offers - so if not SKI, who will it be?
