The market cap should be closer to 70 million. Past the halfway mark of the December quarter, no takeover coming, where are all the executives going to go? Renison figures are only a forecast, debt facility established, care and maintenance for the entire Nifty operation could/will be protracted and expensive.
Personally think those interested in this project are waiting for administration of Nifty.
If Renison does throw off the cash, still have to pay the executives and possible debt. What does that reduced shareholder returns to?
Remember, Citibank, executives, major shareholders and THEN retail.
