They are in discussion with numerous parties this allows them if possible to go down the path of doing it alone I.e obtain finance for stage 1
OR
Enter an arrangement with another party which if change of control was to occur will require SH's to vote acceptance. This will need to be done on a proper valuation and not at current SP. Unfortunately this option will never get close to 6 cents in mho.
