I've got bad news for you. Most junior oil and gas companies raise capital again and again until they hopefully find the goose that lays the golden egg. The new management team sold off the U.S operations to relieve themselves of debt and believed the success of EEG would be better served by concentrating mainly on the N.T assets. Since making that decision the share price rose from 19c in October to a high of 55c in November. I think most shareholders would be reasonably happy with that result.
If you are so concerned with companies that continue to raise capital time and again you may have chosen the wrong sector to invest your money in.
