Smartest reply yet. I regret starting this one, as the truth is , if you apply yourself you get ahead anyway. The thread turned into a "cost of house price" thread which is causing all the angst, however, everyone has to realise when you buy and sell in a market, you are all on the same playing field. If you want to know what is causing unreasonable house prices, blame the government policies oi the last thirty years. Can I request the mods to shut it down?
