Bell Potter seem to adjust their price target based on the share price movements

here they are cutting their price target by 21% to $11.50 around this time last year when the tech end of the market was in panic mode driven by sentiment out of the US, and just before the (predictable) earnings upgrade.



Note how they raised their price target back just a month later, to $14, a number that if you'd bought at, you'd be up around 80% in 12mths.

and here they all are upgrading their targets once last years earnings were confirmed early 2019.




Go figure.
