This whole hoax is based on this clown’s military interpretation of the word “favour”= “demand”. Then he lies in his opening statement using the word “demand”. Had he not gone outside the chain of command and just gone to his boss, he would’ve been given a swift reminder that in the real world “favour “ and “demand” have seperate meanings. But we know why he went straight to the CIA whistleblower.
