The acquisition project is quite mature and high grade with a 1.01 million ounce JORC Measured and Indicated resource so less costs for further drilling and resource definition
The option and acquisition costs fo the Sturec project seem very palatable and cheap too
I assume funding via existing cash reserve and the recent tax rebate of Canadian $1.5m (AUD $1.7m)
The recent MTC share consolidation values MTC very cheaply of only ~$6m at current price of 6.5c
