I attended the AGM and had the full tour of the factory. I liked what I see. Materials Science, using materials in innovated ways is the Laserbond business. Looking at a chart of the SP, it is evident that in the 80s, the SP may have run a little too far ahead of the reality of the business.
Also, just maybe, one or more institutions are trying to get into what is an illiquid stock. The pattern of some of the trades looks to me as computer trading, trying to move the price around to get 'weak hands' to sell so they can mop up the shares.
