On the directors report it points to the CEO himself being a BPAM paid position, being the fact he is key personal, yet in the CEO's report he blames the external company, presumably BPAM, for the poor due diligence on the Non Core Assets when purchasing them.
Does that mean he is blaming himself or the company he gets paid by, none other than BPAM?
