Feels like this one is a few weeks late. Plus only a third of the size of the last conversion. Seems like they are slowing the pace a bit. No idea if there is anything to read into that though.

$100K converted for 55.6m shares issued this time. (in April this year when they started converting that would have only got them 8.3m shares!)

$1.5m converted all up, so just over a third of the way through now. Fingers crossed someone has a few tricks up their sleeve to get the SP up a bit, because at the current conversion price the remaining $2.7m will result in exactly 1.5b shares we would have to issue. With just over 2.5b total shares on issue now, that's going to leave LIND holding a very large stake!
