It’s taken so long because it’s was an ungodly mess that had to be un-tangled and then re-engineered to succeed. The Cam Govt have been burned on this project for decades. They need to have trust and sometimes that takes time.

Forget the $100M, that’s not going to move from the nominated owners account UNTIL the deal is signed, sealed & delivered.

Would you allow $100M to leave your bank account without absolute certainty? No, you would not. And what is that certainty? It’s a signed mining convention.

THAT is what we wait for. THAT is what must be delivered.

Only then does the rest of the apparatus come into play.
