Guys been out of this stock for a while. Interesting though those same two persons I felt responsible for thus mess , which I believe are while collar fraudsters .
I think you will find that according to initial prospectus it would require a monumental pay out to remove BPAM or the two directors, it’s not gonna happen.
These two guys are very crafty. They gave blame to previous CEO for past decisions , but I doubt CEO will solely make poor decision on aqquisition the board would have input and ultimate decision.
The board will need to be removed also.
Roger Sexton prides himself on privatising the South Australian Electricity market, look at what SA has now the HIGHEST, electricity in the World.
Not a very nice man. Prey on retailers to prop up his own lifestyle. If he was half decent he would resign, but I’m guessing he’d be worried want might be uncovered.
