@otherperspective Do you have a view on the expected MACE events for the control population in the phase three test with a duration curve (e.g. 1 year 0.7 MACE events, 2 years 1.2 MACE events and 3 years 2.1 MACE events). I know the professor talks a lot about the J curve, but it would be good to hypothesis an average figure based on NYHA data. The longer the trial goes on, might infer a solid result if the trigger point remains unreached and the MACE events is expected to be high in the control group alone.
