I wouldn't worry too much about what they/companies say.. I would be more interested in side by side comparison in real time. I would think they would be trying to leverage a bit of attention/marketing comparing themselves to brainchip in a rather deceptive statement.
I would be interested in who the author is and if he/she is biased in anyway due to association, financially or otherwise.
We will obviously get a lot of "I am nearly as big as you now" mindset as we/brainchip grows up in the AI world.. and is to be expected.
Makes me feel more confident.
Of course just my two cents worth.
