Banks move slowly with construction funding at the best of times. The so called "Tier 1" bank will need to evaluate its position after receipt of revised construction plan, no doubt factoring in crashing share price and uncertainty around medicinal cannabis industry generally. Dont imagine the funding will be secured any time soon.
