1) there would be fees to setup line of credit. no point in having it until the money is actually required. Otherwise it is burning through our cash pile for no reason other than to counteract vinva. surely the company needs to keep eye on the ball and not worry about external factors they can't control
2) how would farm in work? excuse my ignorance. would it work on the basis of getting an external party to pay for the drill and then offering them x% of total profits? surely selling it outright now won't garner much cash, yes there is a potential 30m barrels there but it's not shored up enough to be money in the bank.
