Yeah C+M changes the dynamic of the balance sheet in a heartbeat. Any potential acquirer would know that so the question will be whether they table a bid pre C+M decision around 20-25c or risk having to pay up post decision.
She’s very cheap right now if C+M is coming and I can’t see how any credible management team will push ahead with the current hemorrhaging which is kamikaze stuff.
