It's reality that premium product sells all the time, comparing farms that are selling basically 1 ton of product to companies that have 400 times the quantity is pretty rediculous imo.
Unless you know exactly what your comparing your product against it is all but impossible to make a valuation.
We used to sell premium and economy fruit, came from the same trees, tasted exactly the same but didn't meet premium specs, ie marks on the skin, it was boxed and branded separately.
,Big suppliers want consistency and volume, and if it meets premium specs and is marketed properly you will get a premium for it in any market. All imo of course.
