It is amazing to me that despite the recent material votes against the incumbent CEO and certain directors, that they remain and worse - that they can continue to be remunerated in such a disproportionate way considering the market cap and performance of the business.
I guess when it's deemed perfectly normal to spend time away in Spain and continue to draw a not inconsiderable salary anything is possible.
Post the sale of the Elton business, the executive and board remuneration quantum appears even more out of synch with reality.
