That would make sense if processors still have available capacity. Unfortunately most processors already would have offtakes with other major hemp farmers - CLI isn't the only one. If this was the case, CLI would have more than the current DL offtake in hand. Consider the current predicament, it's likely CLI will need to store the remainder of the crop until the supply glut clears.
