Just like they've been all over the highly questionable related party transactions, the even more highly questionable valuations of unlisted assets, the conflicts of interests, the total deviation of HML's investment policy from the prospectus, the intimidation and threatening of shareholders, the failure to announce an audited annual report by the reporting deadline, the issue of how PFG came to think that they held a security charge over BHD's bank notes... The list goes on, and on, and on...
Sorry Yaba, I don't mean to rain on your parade but the reality is that we've all expected ASIC to be all over this for the past 2 years. Don't hold your breath.
That being said - we should all still lodge complaints with ASIC. The more complaints there are on record, the more it illustrates the point that ASIC needs an overhaul.
