With the rate Agy tracks, 10k permits probably will take longer than 2k permits does, whenever that even comes through who knows? Could be 2020 by the looks of it now. Xmas festive season starts in about a weeks time, the Argentinians are known to be pretty laid back people so not sure much will be done between now and end of 2019.
So yes, 2 years at least to any meaningful earnings just from the 2k plant if they do everytime absolutely right from where on in. Just calling it for what it is, no hype, no sugar coating, no cloak and dagger conspiracy theories on why some fund is buying, unlike some others here that's just rude and condescending to posters who don't share their world views.
