Bankers are a bit more sophisticated than just looking at the share price. They would have already carefully analysed the business plan and will now do the same to the revised plan. They would do solid due diligence, not rely on market punters. Most bankers would also be astute enough to know that the falling share price is partly because financing isn't locked in yet and that what goes down can also go up as problems are overcome. They will get their money and interest back from profits down the track, not from the share price.
To say that there is zero chance of getting bank financing is grossly misleading in my opinion. If you really want to down-ramp the stock it would be more convincing and spread more fear to say that there is a small but serious chance of bank funding failing to materialise. Saying the chance is between zero and none makes you sound like a crazy down-ramper with no gravitas.
