I dont feel the laying speed will be a problem.
So long as the glue reaches the required bond strength prior to all the things you mention having an impact on the inprogress wall. I reckon FBR engineers will have all that sorted out.

I was really surprised to hear in Marks codex talk that FBR discovered they had a problem to overcome with thermal expansion of the wall as it was being built during the day.
    Surprised on 2 fronts.
    1. that with all the builder and brick experience FBR has had access to, that they only recently discovered this.
    2. that no one with builder experience on this forum had brought this up.

It could be that until FBR came along no one had previouly built a brick wall so fast before from slab to cap height while at the same time needing the mm tolerances that using no mortar requires.
