just for some of you suspicious minds, Craig rang me and shared just how tough his conversations had been with the board, he really did fight for the share holders and one point I want to add is that he rang me prior to the last private meetings he had with board members and said he would contact John and really drill him and get the full details the mechanics behind this deal the numbers and how they stack up.

So after gathering those details he carefully went through those numbers using a carefully constructed flow chart and then humbly contacted me and said hey , I have got this all wrong and he explained that shareholders including himself had exaggerated the dilution and had not picked up the debt factor versus equity and he further showed that Danny was far from having a controlling interest and that if shareholders were to get on board and support the Cr that obj should owns Wellfully as well as our new acquisition. Could maintain just over 50%.

The problem here is that Kiwi club had to get strong with the board to empty their pockets with detailed information before Kiwi discovered the true and bigger picture ... simply the board had failed to clearly articulate the facts behind this deal. Heaven forbid if kiwi had not done this I believe this deal would have fallen over I further believe that Kiwi club is actually saving our company and we need to encourage him and recognise his efforts ...

So well done for challenging our board, well done for doing the hard yards and also well done for caring enough to put in the effort and create the flow chart that I believe a lot more shareholders should sit up and take notice.

Put the past behind and let’s concentrate on what is really important ...the only reality ...the future.
