PovertyBoy you've nailed it. A 15 cent SP is just pulling that Bugatti out of the garage and giving it a slow warm up before letter her rip on the motorway.
The key people at the helm already know the recipe for success. Probably the biggest hurdle (first mover in foreign country) has already been eliminated(safe assumption?). $60 mill access for building mine --- check. I don't for a minute think that anything should get in the way of that.
On completion of that, another $100 mill for whatever their brilliant minds can dream up. I don't believe in 'pegging numbers'. I think it's more appropriate to ask the question 'how fast' rather than ' how far ' .The evolution of the story will be the judge of that.
