I do not beleive every thing I read but when you see facts stated from different sources with evidence backing them up and very little to dispute them apart from comments like you can not beleive every thing you read I tend to take the facts to be at least partialy true.
I find a statement like you can not beleive every thing you read with out any thing to support the statement a very weak arguement.
If you have some FACTS that dispute a far larger number of civilian Palestians have been killed or that there are not groups on both sides that are only interested in war - please provided them - I unlike some have an open mind on this matter.
