Not sure about you but crypto ASX and gold have made this november very memorable indeed....

Beisha let's not get your knickers in a knot.....the set of questions a blast from the past for some thought provoking fun....lots of newsflow IMO on sale amount, deal amounts, deal terms, prospectus timelines and MOST IMPORTANTLY ASX decision...remember for november that most regulators/financial services players shut down over Christmas so the 2020 looks set for an IPO bang......the joint venture partners hanging around is very positive given they were updated on the ongoing discussions with ASX and status of recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2...that's speaks volumes to the possible outcome.
Also the last quarterly indicated "the transaction remains in good standing and both the potential joint venture parties continue to work together and are committed to finalise the acquisition. The Company advanced offtake and associated debt and equity funding negotiations during the Quarter with a number of parties in China and Europe"
