We don't have much of a choice. If we don't participate, we automatically are further diluted on top of this current deal; depending on the exercise price, somewhere between 50-75%...and then more if we don't participate. If OBJ had chosen to raise 30 million themselves, Shareholders would have retained at least 50% and then been able to add to their holdings via the capital raise - thus also increasing our percentage; which would have also negated the need for any kind of debt facility.
