Recruitment - all depends on how the company is planning on expanding. Growth in Aus is ultimately limited, after-all (though MASSIVE room for growth from today's low base). For example, why not set up a similar fund in the US or UK? Or move into related fields within the ethical finance sector in Aus? These things would require a lot of recruitment. Just guessing, but you can be sure they are looking at lots of ways to expand the business horizontally and vertically.
