More ASX Q.s received... ASX trying to find the means to end the investigation perhaps? They won't want to close this without saving face and leaving them with a couple of cautions/warnings to ISX re governance. Scrutiny getting tighter? or tying off loose ends? Waiting for JK's response with some hope of completion of this examination.
Meanwhile with clear evidence that WBC have been caught with v.poor governance is allowed to continue to trade. No suspension for WBC? No ASX scrutiny along the lines of AUSTRAC allegations?
I also note the Jonathan Shapiro (AFR) hasn't made any further comments on ISX since the 18th! perhaps he doesn't like to report good news?
