Everyone realised that the management had started the development in Mildura without obtaining bank finance.
Then after they spent > $40m on early works, they realised that they don't have the cash to complete.
The chances are they may be able to sell some of the facility to someone for 10c in the dollar.
If you click on my name and follow my messages, I've predicted the implosion of CAN and the lack of bank finance for months.
