I think it will mean the company survives and that it can use the new share set up to be able to raise funds via placements etc. Also the new share price will be attractive to to new investors who may not be familiar with past history unless they do some research If the company survives it is hoping that some day will land revenue deals and keep going . Not sure how it will benefit current holders though. Share price will look better. Let’s see hopefully oracle will land this week.All my opinion.
