Mojo my understanding is the asset will have to be sold back to COP as FAR can't PE the 35% whilst WPL have it if FAR win.
The kicker is WPL will have no choice....... snooze you lose comes to mind...... ie failure to abide icc decision leads to the government being able to cancel the lease.
Question is will COP be interested?
They stand to lose nothing and gain nothing......
