After reading that letter again, and on reflection, personally, I think it is better to stick with the devil you know rather than risk disruption to the progress which this company appears to be making, particularly with Mandilla which could potentially be a Company maker.
JJ is getting on so I'm sure he wants to maximise shareholder wealth, esp his own asap.
