I hate to tell you this but Mr. S. is in all likelihood going to do jack all to turn the fortunes of this company around. If they wanted results instead of paying some huge fees it should be a more modest amount with and incentivising commission for leads or meetings organised between the company and legitimate Indian companies that are in the right area. As usual the company is doing it backwards, pay the man a helluva lot and hope he does something... what incentive does he have?
