Great announcement but it means nothing until close of finance. If finance was complete and construction ramped up to the max, announcements like these would add to the market anticipation and SP. Instead, they fall on frustrated ears.
The company is aware of the need for a market update regarding finance. I suspect an increasing number of holders have made contact suggesting this. Hopefully, they provide an update soon.
