nothing new here but a nice presentation anyway.............very light on numbers

I was hoping to read something on improved Governance structure.................never saw this so have finally emailed the company asking if they, are now or ever going to, consider employing a company secretary and remove Robert from having to perform 2 roles. I have stated that this is not a good look if we are looking to attract investors. I also stated that is very hard for Robert to hold BOD accountable and reputable when he is also the MD.............hopefully I can share a reply
