Hi @Relax1, sorry I completely missed your original post on the Norfolk Option Study - just had a read - brilliant summary. Thank you! I agree with @funbelievable, you've got my vote!

In regards to the SUBRE CAPEX I'm not sure that this will be much of a factor - it wasn't presented as an issue in the interview with PJ and he also mentioned that it was within council's operating budget whereas they ruled MBR out for financial reasons. I agree with you about the wetland option. To not actually cost it is a bit of a cheat but I think this will be a non-issue; In such a detailed report I think there's a reason that they didn't cost it. They are essentially interested in intensive water reuse – he said that ‘reuse was very important’. He mentioned that if people in the community actually want any access to the water (for their gardens, for livestock, etc) they have to go with the highest water quality (subre/mbr). That is why he was pushing for the community to get involved in the consultation phase.The conclusive decision is to be based on the extent of community desired water access. Going with the wetland option will result in the vast majority of community members not being able to access any of the water.I'm predicting a first win for Aquatec Maxcon - although I am a bit of a raging optimist.
