When you look at the dates and time (4weeks) between Desert lion announcing the Mou with BASF, and the date Lepidico an Desert Lion announced Lepidico to take over DL.
You start to wonder if Lepidico may have been present at that negotiation.
Reason I say this, is because Desert L and Lepidico would have had to have already been in discussions about the take over before DL met Basf.
4 weeks is a short time.
I have read many things about Basf, and i agree with Lynxie, Basf love no waste, environmental innovation, and basically everything Lepidico has to offer.
