If they are negotiating with zijin then as I have said before the Chinese don't usually rush these things. Word has to go up the food chain and that means to Beijing. This all takes time. Throw in the bad blood from Mt Morgan 1.0 and add liberally the arm westling between the two parties as to the deal split, and the result is a 'long cook' time. This is like making fossils, not a 10 minute packet sponge cake.
Dilution? Not overly worried. Remember that Walta & Co own a very large lick of shares so any dilution effects them also. Dilution in and of itself is not a concern provided they grow the business.
