Hey Wullieb, I would like to ask if the management mentioned anything specifically about the financing.
I know Sprott promised $60Million plus $100Million for development and acquisition.
I am just not sure if the $100M was at that time aimed at acquiring CMM? and other projects? Not really for the development.
Thus, one question i have in mind is that we may receive the $60Million for development and Sprott may ask to issue shares. Basically a capital raising of around $40million. So the total of $100M could cover the development.
Sprott do have customers and they do have often close deals with companies so their customers can participate.
What is your thoughts about that?
