It's ridiculous to suggest that Poultry yields should be on a par with other asset classes when
a) they supply a completely different product with different markets, price drivers etc
b) chicken assets have been written down by RFF & other asset classes written up in value
c) have completely different capital requirements
Suggesting a 49% drop in rent is just laughable, typical lawyer move.
