The company is certainly moving in a different direction to what was originally planned or proposed when they initiated the reverse takeover. In order to reassure shareholders and rebuild market confidence, IMO I think they need to establish some genuine multi-tier KPI's under this new direction which are linked directly to the share price rather than those internal company milestones that would otherwise be achievable through the normal course of business but may not necessarily improve the financials of the company in the short term. As we have seen, although it might be valid, the best way to erode confidence in management is to issue bonus shares when the SP is going backwards. I expect the SP to be in a temporary holding pattern until the dust settles on the recent CR and these shares trade on 11 Dec 19. Unless of course there is a significant or material market update impacting the business favourably. There is a consolidation period ahead.
