The ASX and really "most" authoritative bodies will allow as many goes as it takes to get it right, unless you're breaking said rules in the meantime. In my experience they are also very clear in what is required to comply - which is why I can't understand why our amateurs need multiple goes at it.

I am hopeful that we get the right forms lodged and a Shareholder (owners) update soon or November will be remembered for entirely different reasons...
