I wonder if there is a shift in the way the managment levels of the company will be remunerated given there will need to be productivity gains to offset the loss of margin under the new TLS deal. it may be that they need to hold onto key staff to work through the cost out changes that may only benefit the bottom line and share price in 12+ months and CEO has lead by example here.
